To use these materials in a for-profit venture, permission must be received directly from the RIP members via e-mail or written means, and details of terms of usage negotiated. No material may be used against any legitimate paranormal research group or their members. All information about investigations is subject to review by the owners of those locations, and reference to that locale will be removed from this site upon request of the owning parties. When asking to investigate a location, owners will not be liable for the safety of the RIP team except in cases of willful negligence or where the owners have not informed RIP of known safety hazards or potential threats. In turn, while every care is made to leave the area in the same condition it was found, RIP will not be held liable for reasonable wear and minor damages on the location. Each member of RIP acts independently on an investigation and will be held liable as such. RIP is not responsible or liable for paranormal phenomena. No persons or parties have the right to use the key2rip logo, name, or other materials associated with the group without permission of one or more "key holders." No person may claim to be investigating under the auspices of RIP without a key holder present. Any persons or parties found in violaion of these terms will be subject to penalites and consequences according to the law.
