Rio Theater Helper, Utah 2007 The Rio Theater, a historical site in Helper, was built inside the old Rio Hotel 2000. Still an active theater, the Rio has had many reports of supernatural occurrences. When RIP investigated the Rio theater, we didn’t pick up any unusually phenomenoa but our attention and equipment were stretched thin between multiple locations.
